What to expect
Through a 60 minute class, you can expect the coach to begin with a whiteboard brief where you will learn what our focus of the day is and what movements we are going to be seeing. You will be led through an appropriate warm-up followed by a combination of strength and conditioning movements.

I enjoy Kinsley as a coach. She takes the time to pause what i am doing to make corrections often by doing an example. I find that she also takes the time to make sure I either have a plan for my modifications to the work out/giving me a few modification to choose from. As a person new to gym and very out of shape in both fitness and mobility this make me feel welcome and comfortable at Deadset.

Brooke does a great job explaining all the movements in both the workout and skills portions. She breaks things down clearly and makes sure everyone understands what to focus on. She also offers helpful tips and small adjustments that really make a difference in improving technique. Her insight and attention to detail are super valuable!

Cash is a wonderful coach. I tagged along with my daughter to class and he was very attentive to this rookie!
Centrally located in Brandon, one block south of the of the 1st St / Victoria Ave major intersection, steps away from Brandon Regional Health Centre, and between Brandon University and Assiniboine College.
Working out at the gym isn’t easy. But getting there shouldn’t be hard. DeadSet Fitness is located and easily accessible from all of Brandon.
