Bring Your Fitness
Goals To Life

Unlimited Classes
With No Long-term Contracts

In contrast to a conventional gym that only sells access to their equipment, our product is coaching and programming. Members attend classes that are 100% coach-led from start to finish.

We don’t have any long-term contracts; we don’t even require a short-term commitment. You are free to leave DeadSet Fitness any time… but we don’t think that will happen. The only thing we ask is that any membership change requests be made 14 days prior to the next month’s renewal.

Unlimited Memberships

If you are planning to come join us at least 2-3 times per week, then our Unlimited Memberships are the way to go. Come as often as you like, just make sure to go home and sleep!

Classes Designed to
Suit any Training Type

Your fitness ability will be improved through real-world body movements. By doing so, you will not only strengthen yourself, but you will also be able to improve your strength development, workout times, and recovery in general. In addition to squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and carries, we will be using a variety of different tools.

We help our clients improve their cardiovascular fitness and overall work capacity. Our workouts are 60 minutes long, including a warm up, workout explanation, and setting clear intentions for the workout itself. You can expect low impact, high output sessions where we teach clients how to get the most out of their fitness.

We’re dedicated to improving your ability to move weights efficiently. We also increase your strength through range of motion, and develop flexibility and stability for your joints and the muscles supporting them. Our classes will greatly aid in injury proofing your body for the demands you ask of it in the gym, and in general life.

Visit our contact page to send one of our coaches a message. We’ll be in touch with you to arrange for a date and time for you to tour our facility. Then, we can sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we’ll help you reach your goals at DeadSet Fitness. One of our coaches can answer all of your questions and then recommend the best next steps. Some of the most common questions might be at the bottom of this page, in the FAQ section.

Or, if you aren’t quite sure where to start, let us help you choose the most appropriate membership and workout track based on where you are and where you want to be with your health and fitness. Complete our ‘No Sweat Intro’ form which will let us know your fitness past, where you currently are, and where you want to be. We’ll use this information to help match you with the right membership and workout program that fits your needs and goals. Plus, we’ll answer any questions you may have.

DeadSet Fitness is a functional fitness gym in Brandon, Manitoba. We are a family-owned business with an emphasis on member satisfaction. Our functional fitness programming is designed to challenge and be accessible to everyone. DeadSet Fitness welcomes individuals of all ages, stages, and abilities. Find out for yourself what some of our members have to say about us.

Here’s some of our most commonly asked questions. Still don’t have an answer? Visit our Contact page to send us a message.

Why does it cost more than a conventional gym?

A personal training session costs anywhere from $45 to $100 per hour or even more! Scale this up to a small group training session or multiple times per week and you can calculate the monthly cost. Individual online training costs $160-$300 per month and often provides programming but no coaching. At DeadSet Fitness, we offer personalized group training sessions led by an experienced coach and programming tracks based on your fitness goals. We think this model is the most effective (and fun) way to create the best member experience possible.

Why don’t you have just a 24/7 membership option?

We strongly believe in the group training effect and the impact felt by challenging yourself with other people who are doing the same. By joining DeadSet Fitness, you’re also joining a community of hard-working people who encourage and motivate each other. This can’t be replicated when members are doing their own workouts throughout the gym at the same time. We also want our members moving safely, so every workout is 100% coach led. For our members looking for extra time to develop skills, train for a competition, or fit the workout into their busy schedule, we offer Open Gym Access that can be used outside class times.

What types of classes do you offer?

Foundations Program – The basic elements of Functional Fitness (e.g. Squats, deadlifts and overhead presses) are taught in this 6-class program over a 2-week period. There is no experience requirement for these classes; they are aimed at welcoming new members and helping them learn the basics so they are not overwhelmed in regular classes.

General Daily Group Classes – Each class lasts 60 minutes and includes multiple exercises combining strength, conditioning, and skill work. Each class follows the same workout throughout the day and is never replicated unless we are measuring improvement in a specific area. A new workout will be offered every day.

Weightlifting – No burpees here! This class focuses on technique and strength when using a barbell. It is for those looking to gain or sharpen technique or simply improve their lifts.
