DeadSet Fitness was started with the goal of creating an environment for fitness enthusiasts to meet and encourage one another. We want to create a space where people can find support and motivation to reach their healthiest self.
DeadSet Fitness is a gym in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada located steps away from 1st Street and Victoria Avenue. We’re across from Brandon Regional Health Centre, a block south of Coffee Culture, and nearby many more businesses. No matter what corner of Brandon (or beyond) you’re from, you’ll see we’re conveniently located!

DeadSet Fitness provides gym memberships, group fitness classes, and nutritional guidance. We offer progressive workouts focused on progressions rather than repetitions. Each exercise, repetition, set, and rest have a clearly defined purpose.

Introductory Consult
Contact us to arrange your free consultation with a Coach. No need for a sweatband here. This meeting will show you around the gym and let you know all you need about getting started at DeadSet Fitness. We’ll look at where you are and where you want to be, then help guide you to the most appropriate programming track to get you results.

We offer different membership options from a 2-week Foundations Program, 8 Class Pass, to Unlimited! While our group class members all do the same workout each day, we have different versions of those workouts based on whether your goal is to sweat and have fun, be a competitive athlete, or anywhere in between!

Our coaches will lead you through all the staple movements that you’ll see in regular classes to ensure you’re moving safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Classes are designed to welcome new members in a pressure-free environment. Whether you’re new to functional fitness/CrossFit or new to fitness in general, this program is for you.

Our Unlimited Membership gives you access to our functional fitness group classes any time you want! With this membership, you can come to as many classes as you like, whenever you like – perfect for those who want to get the most out of their workout. Just make sure you occasionally go home to sleep.

This plan is perfect for shift workers, those with irregular schedules, or those wanting to get some extra work in. Access our functional fitness group classes any time you want. Can’t make a scheduled class? Come and do the daily workout, work on some skills, or have a mobility / active recovery day.

Our coaches are all experienced in tailoring each part of the workout program to meet your specific needs and abilities. This means that whether you are an experienced athlete, or a first-timer, you can complete the same workout as the other members and be challenged relative to your fitness level.

There are times when scheduled group classes just don’t fit your schedule for the day. We understand. Having access to the open gym will allow you to complete your daily workout on your own time, get in some accessory work after class, or develop new skills during your free time.

There’s something to say about working out with other people. Every member (and coach) performs the same workout each day, so we all share in the challenges and feeling of accomplishment after 60 minutes. If you need motivation, show up. Hard work is contagious.

I started at DeadSet to try and get more active. I grew up playing sports and being active that way, but after university and starting work full time I found myself with fewer opportunities to stay active through sport. Functional fitness at DeadSet has given me an outlet to stay active and maintain a bit of competitiveness. It has also helped me to learn new movements, improve existing skills and increase my fitness level.
I really appreciate the class structure of functional fitness. It allows me to just show up and move my body without having to plan workouts. It is also great to be able to get to know other members that you attend class with. As well, the coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating. Having great eager to show demonstrations or suggest modifications for new movements and movement modifications makes learning those movements and being more comfortable in the gym that much easier.
Attending DeadSet classes has been a terrific addition to my daily routine. I look forward to attending a class after work, chatting with the other members, and getting in a good workout. It makes me feel more energetic and accomplished after a day of sitting at the office. I appreciate DeadSet and my opportunity to have fun while keeping active there. I look forward to attending more classes and gaining more functional fitness skills!
