We know that working out at the gym isn’t always convenient, which is why we provide personal training sessions for groups of people led by one of our experienced coaches. You just show up, get fit, and go home.

DeadSet Fitness was started with the goal of creating an environment for fitness enthusiasts to meet and encourage one another. We want to create a space where people can find support and motivation to reach their healthiest self.

DeadSet Fitness is a gym in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada located steps away from 1st Street and Victoria Avenue. We’re across from Brandon Regional Health Centre, a block south of Coffee Culture, and nearby many more businesses. No matter what corner of Brandon (or beyond) you’re from, you’ll see we’re conveniently located!

We are committed to providing high-quality coaching and programming for all levels of fitness. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to get back into shape after some time away from exercise, we offer everything from beginner classes to advanced coaching.

DeadSet Fitness provides gym memberships, group fitness classes, and nutritional guidance. We offer progressive workouts focused on progressions rather than repetitions. Each exercise, repetition, set, and rest have a clearly defined purpose.

Introductory Consult

Contact us to arrange your free consultation with a Coach. No need for a sweatband here. This meeting will show you around the gym and let you know all you need about getting started at DeadSet Fitness. We’ll look at where you are and where you want to be, then help guide you to the most appropriate programming track to get you results.

We offer different membership options from a 2-week Foundations Program, 8 Class Pass, to Unlimited! While our group class members all do the same workout each day, we have different versions of those workouts based on whether your goal is to sweat and have fun, be a competitive athlete, or anywhere in between!

Our coaches are all experienced in tailoring each part of the workout program to meet your specific needs and abilities. This means that whether you are an experienced athlete, or a first-timer, you can complete the same workout as the other members and be challenged relative to your fitness level.

Gym Access

There are times when scheduled group classes just don’t fit your schedule for the day. We understand. Having access to the open gym will allow you to complete your daily workout on your own time, get in some accessory work after class, or develop new skills during your free time.

There’s something to say about working out with other people. Every member (and coach) performs the same workout each day, so we all share in the challenges and feeling of accomplishment after 60 minutes. If you need motivation, show up. Hard work is contagious.

My experience at DeadSet despite all the hard work it has taken, it has been a very good and positive experience. I really enjoy the small class size, the coaches’ attention to proper technique. This made me feel confident and that I am not going to hurt myself. I appreciate the encouragement from coaches and other members to advance both in the technique and strength/fitness, I also really appreciate that there are all types of bodies and levels of fitness, I don’t feel out of place and it’s a very welcoming place.

For anyone thinking about joining, I’d say it’s like learning any new skill, it takes practice and time. It’s tough at first but if you keep at it, you will see improvement and that’s really exciting. I have seen a significant increase in my fitness level and I am proud of what I have been able to achieve so far.
