Your fitness ability will be improved through real-world body movements. By doing so, you will not only strengthen yourself, but you will also be able to improve your strength development, workout times, and recovery in general. In addition to squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and carries, we will be using a variety of different tools.


We help our clients improve their cardiovascular fitness and overall work capacity. Our workouts are 60 minutes long, including a warm up, workout explanation, and setting clear intentions for the workout itself. You can expect low impact, high output sessions where we teach clients how to get the most out of their fitness.


We’re dedicated to improving your ability to move weights efficiently. We also increase your strength through range of motion, and develop flexibility and stability for your joints and the muscles supporting them. Our classes will greatly aid in injury proofing your body for the demands you ask of it in the gym, and in general life.

The last few years before joining DeadSet, I really had stopped prioritizing my physical fitness. Like most, life gets busy with work and children and you put that to the side. The last 9 months being a part of DeadSet have been what I needed to get jump started back into physical fitness.
